Nope, though all the teams have spent time there. The last four:

Sunderland
Swindon Town
West Brom
Wigan Athletic


Half a hint, half a clarification: other teams fit the bill, if you go back far enough. However, I'm only looking at teams after a certain point in time who do...it's not essential that you figure out the starting year that I've used, though bonus points if you can.
 
One more: it's a group that Southampton would love to add their name to this season...but they would hate to make a repeat appearance the year after.

That's it...those are the teams promoted or relegated alongside West Ham since their heyday in the mid-80s.
