No not really, I'm sure we could be critical of some players if we tried hard but IMO that would be very unfair, a shift put in on Wednesday then a shift again today, what more can we ask.

At one point we had won, at full time we had a draw but we were undone by a fresh pair of legs and a class act called Henry, tough to take but the win had to end at some stage.

Before the game we talked of..

Oxie...........................withdrawn

Wallcott......................withdrawn

The Van Man................was he there

A week to recharge and I'm sure we will crack it next week.

Just think, we could have lost by 5 goals today and be out of the cup.

We basically got beat by their 3 subs with fresh legs against our knackered players.

Ramsey came on, scored
Arshavin came on 1 assist
Henry came on scored from that assist.

before it started I said as long as we fight tooth and nail, and dont get turned over, then its not all doom and gloom, we did that, so roll on next week. (and our record of only geting beat by 1 goal all season still stands, just a shame its happened 10 times now).

We now have the manager I have dreamed of for a long time. I just want to say how happy I am for all you lads on here - at last someone we can all get behind.

Nice to see a decent thread from you Syd..

Ramsey substitution was perfect for Arsenal, 120 min game mid-week and the rest was our downfall today..

Nowt's the worry like, we will nail the twats next week <ok>

What you mean bugger lugs

To much waffle, hole in the wall embarassment & useless information & crap threads from you Syd..

Time you got a thread coach & some ****er to tell you to stop posting your ugly mug in photos..

Just tentatively giving you advice mate and that's only because I care for you..

Well I guess thats me told, think I will keep on though

Lash on Syd, I'd rather be beat 2-1 at home by Arsenal, who we matched for most of the game any way, than a 5-0 (4-0 at half time) tanking anywhere by anyone

Spot on, we had to lose sometime and after the work they put in, the spirit they showed and how close we came, not unhappy

Agree with you OP Syd. The Gooners bench was better and we were knackered. We really only have 11 players, Sess is not best at CF but Fraziers speed was needed against oxo. By and large we nullified their threat but were beaten by a fresher team and bigger quality squad.

Next week need to think about tactics, same again? I think Campbell is needed at CF. But no way can Seb handle oxo. Rico is needed against Walcott, do we drop Seb?
