England are 5th? Won't be after Euro's! In 06 we went into the World Cup ranked 4th I think!!!! We just never really played anyone and won a lot of games.

Algeria owns us? last time I checked we beat them.

Anyway, American's do own the best club in the world <ok>
 
Sooner or later the American's football team will be one of the top sides, just because of there population. Football is getting bigger and bigger every year over there, and more and more people are playing it. I hope they don't, as there ego's are bad enough anyways, but is only a matter of time before there a big force in football:biggrin:
 
The Yanks egos are puny in comparison to the Aussie's.

But the Aussie's can't play football - well not very well!
 
One good thing with that last part is in our CONCACAF CL, The canadian teams are their own idenitity and kind of "seperate" from the domestic US teams. So while they still represent MLS, they still represent canada as well.

Seattle, Portland,Toronto, Philly have some really good fans and they sing practically the whole game. Our league is only like 15-16 years old as well mind. I don't mind our US players going and playing oversees, it is good for them and makes them better. If MLS can't do that just yet then you gotta go test the waters elsewhere.

Michael bradley plays for Chievo now, didn't turn out so well with Villa but meh they can't all be a Dempsey or McBride!
 
Hey Bluff, just for those who don't know over here tell them what other countries are included in CONCACAF.
 
I'd be up for a cheeky bet that Hernandez or Welbeck will score more goals than any of Liverpool's players this season. Problem is I'm not sure which of them SAF is going to play for the rest of the season!

bets don't work... i bet talks rubbish on 606 that if n'dog scored a certain number of goals i'd do certin things and if he failed to score what he was expected to talks would have to do other things.

basically at a lousy 5 goals (may i add verses the dregs of europe that a league 2 side owuld beat these were got) I published a i lov n'gog thread and after 7 goals i had to write a love poem for the dog of a player.

The minute n'gog failed to hit his target which was time based talks promptly disappeared, other in other words ran and hid... all he had to do was say i was gods gift to women...

if you bet someone you don't like something they will just welsh.. if you get someone you like... ala eats here and bluff, you really don't mind in which case it only adds a tiny bit of spice.

I aint betting o na game i know is being set up from the outset.... In fact the only bet i'm willing to do is if liverpool actually win this one i'll change my signiture to utd were robbed and ferguson is the greatest manager ever.

ah so the fa are not treating this like any other game eh? they say they do but announce a ref before refs are supposed to be announced for all games (fridays)

dowd... i'll stick blindly to my guns and say a grand conspiracy of sickness will put webb in the position ferguson needs.
