Bitter, bitter, bitter! I think Huth may be my most hated player! Dirty dirty player! Remember last years game at Stoke? What goes around comes around!
Aye ain't gonna pretend either. It's a good job he did try to get out of the way, as if he didn't, Meyler would this morning be the proud owner of a large cast on his leg. Huth is just a filthy dirty animal.
Exactly my thoughts as well. FFS, with the speed & force that which the tackle was attempted he could have finish Meylers career.
im sick of this bleating crap.....look at your own video post ....Huth i guess is around 14 stone,he is travelling at a canny speed and is not in control,he catches maylers right leg which was going at a vast rate of knotts in the oposite direction to huth(he was kicking the ball).watch the video you see mayler trying to get out of the way of this hulk and the momentum knocking him over (you cannot fake that)........atthe least....... this would have severly jarred maylers right knee and given his history you can see why he stayed down......it is very simple: 1, It was a reckless challenge.even if his studs were not up 2.Its only luck and agility that mayler managed to avoid serious injury.lesser individuals would have been clattered by that challenge as huth was not in control. 3.It was a yellow minimum..... 4.The ref saw intent in the reckless nature of the challenge.as in real time i think most thought it was reckless and could have been a career ender if mayler was not agile.. 5.Its easy to blame the ref but from his angle the challenge was a lunge at speed and the way mayler was flung in the air (i repeat you cannot fake that)it looked like a red to me . 6.Hindsight is wonderfull if your wearing the right type of glasses 7.And for pulis to mention the use of gamesmanship (cheating) is pot and kettle stuff..stoke are easily the dirtiest team to play in the prem over tha last few years...the non clearing of the pitch at the visitors end was a classic pulis....win by any means possible..so pulis grow up....that challengeby huth could have been a career ender ..it wasnt ..but it was still reckless. and as for mary and lauro..well the johnstone dive comment beggers belief...everyone can see johnstone sticking his leg out..he should be ashamed deeply ashamed!
Absolutely right! The whole problem with Pulis and Stoke's argument is that they say there was no contact. Huth's right knee (ok not his studs but so what?) clatters Meyler's right ankle and that has an effect on the knee, as well as obviously sending him flying. Pulis's picture sent to MOTD actually freeze-frames the impact between knee and ankle! There's no doubt Meyler would have felt that and had every right to stay down for treatment. For the record, I do think red was wrong, but there was contact and Meyler wasn't cheating anyone.
Huth takes Meylers left leg from underneath and upends him. It was not a dive and Pulis knows that and should be charged with bringing the game into disrepute
Yes, Meyler had to get out of the way and fell badly. Brown fell badly last week and is out for a couple of months!
Why don't you just **** off, anyway some good news for you, the superbowl is on live tonight so luckily for you and other stoke fans you's all know the rules so sit back and enjoy
You lot don't deserve to wear the red and white. Bad, bad losers. Huth was out of control. It was a reckless challenge and he could have seriously hurt Meyler. Not sure it was a red but I'm not a ref. What goes around comes around.
Of course your team are perfect gentlemen. They don't olay right to the margins of the rules.........................do they? Oh Shawcross, I went and said it.
