As I have said many times in the past, I watch at least 2 training sessions per week at MP,
and while not wishing to downgrade RL commitment and ability, Billy Macs work rate is something to be seen.
Are the powers to be, grooming him for the future. Who knows comes May, we all be calling for someone new to take up,
the baton and in my opinion no finer choice.

I think it was always going to be difficult for Ray. But if Valjing says BNI is up to the job them its good enough for me.

The rumours that Ray Lew has had a fall out with Jol seem have some legs. Today the club announced that his and Billy Macs' roles have been reversed -

Not heard any rumours myself. However, I had noticed that Ray's job title never seemed to change from Academy Director after MJ took over, even though he was working with the first team, so maybe it was only ever intended to be a temporary arrangement. If Ray's actually doing what the club says he is with integrating younger players into the first team squad it sounds like a positive step, and having Billy Mac with the first team will presumably also help with that as he knows the potential of players in the development squad. It could work out well if we are going to start seeing more players coming through the ranks.
