WHo remembers the standard "your post has been removed for x" email you used to get!?

Must have got a million of those, mostly related to Colchester united lol, little buggers!

i used to get about 20 emails a day beefy <yikes>

it would take much experimenting to finally work out which word was being deemed offensive by the col who prats who kept sending the posts for moderation!
 
Going back to ' old friends ' anybody seen anything from Wally lately - another intelligent poster on 606.
 
I hardly ever posted on BBC606 and have changed name from Wroxall Canary to Isle of Wight Canary since more of you will know where the IOW is as opposed to Wroxall!
1971 - 72 was also my first full season as a spotty 14 year old behind the goal in the Barclay. That photo of the squad back then prompted me to contribute.
I still don't post much but you can be sure I browse all the threads at least once a day

Get sneaky, go for a middle name or two. Better still, delve into a bit of history. Iwan might be a bit obvious though ;)

Got chucked off for posting a word for word article from a newspaper, some words were offensive apparently, "cheating" I seem to remember being one of them, it was in relationship to the world famous "non" diver (Andy call me) Andrew, Johnson. We got into a right old spat over it, I started deleting the "offensive" words and leaving spaces, no that was no good, I continued to delete words at random, it ended up with me posting a blank article, that seemed to tip them over the edge. Banned!!!! ****ing morons.

I posted rarely around the time we were in League 1 but I prefer this much better as it is so much easier to use and the moderators aren't stupid, for the most part (no reference to you Dave, o dear Leader <whistle>) so I post on here far more regularly than I did on the old 606.

Been a life long Norwich supporter since I went to my first game at the age 4 of but had a dodgey period where I supported Liverpool (I hate that old me) but have love Norwich since 2002.

There was some right twats that worked moderating that site. I would post till 11 and first thing the next morning I'd have a inbox full to the brim with Emails. Mostly for completely non-offensive stuff.

during the ColU days I'm relatively sure one of their clan flagged every norwich conversation whether it involved them or not. Crazyness!
