Doesn't sound like he is training, but is coming back to the training ground environment on Monday - to me that sounds like some light work to start on his fitness levels rather than full on training with the 1st team

Still don't think we will see him this season (or again with this club reguarly), but good news for Danny!

Just shows how one moment can change your life. My son fractured his skull playing silly b*****s jumping over a post. Fully recovered now, apart from tinnitus.

That can be a side effect so they tell me.....My mate had that through a war injury.....He had it until the day he died recently...some 65 years or so later!!

Knowing the sort of person Danny is, he'd of tried his best to remain in good condition (weight wise). Met him about 2-3 weeks before his horrific injury and he was a top lad. Hopefully he'll be ready for action in about a month's time, and help us to strengthen our WEAK backline.

Good news that he's heading back to full fitness, but is he really what we need? He struggled at times in league one, and hasn't played a single game in the championship. Is he realistically going to get a look in?

Yes Dan should get a look in. Was first choice Left CB with Fonte. All he can do now is work his way
back to where he left off.

How have you missed the 4 championship games he played in and cup games in August ?

Did well at the start of the season when he was partnering Fonte and doing well
prior to his accident.
Hope the lad does well and good luck on his start back to training.
Looks like a player that has the right attributes to get himself back to where he was.
Come on Dan pull on that shirt again.

Oh yeah forgot he played a few games in August, remembered Martin starting against Leeds and assumed he was out before start of season.

Don't get me wrong, I hope he can do a job, but I'm not sure he's up to this standard. Hope to be proven wrong.

He was great v Barnsley and good v Millwall.

Any player you might care to criticise has had at least two good games this season. It's whether they are consistent enough to reproduce that form over a long period that is key. No evidence yet that Seaborne can do that, and he wasn't particularly consistent in league one. Now I admit, he might have improved, other players have, and I hope he's up to it, but I'm afraid I'm skeptical at the moment.

Pleased for him that his career is getting back on track though, whether his future lies with us or elsewhere.

He has only played 2 games this season. <doh>

Seaborne hasn't had much of a chance in the Champ, although I personally didn't think he was that good in League 1 so

David Connolly and Hammond hardly set L1 alight but have been good this year.

I read somewhere that he goes for some kind of experts assessment on the 30th January and a decision is to be made about a return to the training regime, good luck Dan, hope to see you up and running asap.
