A Westwood is actually quite an expensive idiot to keep - what with lager bills and fines etc. Much cheaper to try to find a w@n**r without a bell.
 
Still waiting on more paperwork though, so not certain he'll play Saturday. Good that Adkins thinks he works well with Lambert, though not surprisingly he's not up to Saints fitness levels when he hasn't played for a while.
 
Really hope the paperwork comes through, in order for us to give him a cameo from the bench. Hoping that he'll play a part, however small, in the Cardiff game too.
 
Press conference on Player. Very interesting. Nigel talking about how good Lee is and how he worked well with Lambert. Tadanari saying (in Japanese) how welcome he'd been made, how kind and considerate Nigel was, and that he'd brought his rice cooker with him. He also said that football in England was almost a different game, very competitive, and that he hoped to learn from it. Spoke of Saints as having a good team spirit. Lot of media interest. Nice looking guy with a pleasant manner.

oh it is a great name! is it Arthur Conan Doyle you are referring to as the Pompey?
