If Richardson wasn't fit enough to start why didn't Butterfield play? Is he injured? Also I'd rather a right footer from midfield playing at right back than a left footed left back playing there if no RB available

Butterfield himself has just come back from injury and isn't match fit. Harding impressed at Coventry/Nottm Forest so Adkins kept him in the team (wrongly, although i am a big harding fan)

Thank you.

It's a difficult position to hold after last night to be fair....I am not a Harding basher but he played poorly.

So did everyone else. It was a bad day at the office, Analyse what went wrong and move on to the next game, Whoops sounding like Nigel!

I wish I could sound like Nigel. I never worked out why you have to decide whether you like a player or not, and then defend/slate him every week. Harding isn't the only player who gets this treatment, can't I just say he played well v Coventry/Forest and struggled yesterday, but is still a useful part of our team? Anyway, here's another Adkinism: don't get too high when we win or too low when we lose (something like that). No one said promotion would be easy, but we can still do it.
