But we're a better side this season, you are not - you have the CL to worry about, we do not - your team is ageing, ours is not - you have Terry, we do not - you have Torres, we do not and as for Cole <laugh>

Reasons to be confident, part 3

You bottled the first two games of your title challenge when you got close to Manchester.

Ledley could handle the pressure v City without their best players.

Arsenal can still catch the flat-track bullies Spuds for fourth

Reasons to be confident, part 3

1) Yes you are a better side, but how many of your side have been in a title/end of season run in? That's where experience comes into play.

2) We've coped with the CL in previous seasons being in the way, we can sure as hell do it again. Thanks for reminding us we're in it btw :)

3) Ageing squad?

Strongest line up:

Cech - 29

Ivanovic - 27
Luiz - 24
Terry - 31
Cole - 31

Romeu - 20
Ramires - 24
Meireles - 29

Sturridge - 22
Mata - 23
Torres - 27

Average age - 26

Wouldn't call that old <ok>.

Rather Terry than King <laugh> OOOO Balotelliiii we love you !! Bottlejobs

King? Part time cripple who came back to hand City a deserved home win via a penalty.

Every year, year in year out same old Spuds. <laugh><laugh>

I now realise why they actually call tottenham spuds, because their like a potato - fresh for a bit but soon go rotten <laugh>

Your supposed strongest line-up is slightly undermined by your own avatar and your profile name, Drogs! <laugh>

Both have been very much off the boil, but if you really want me to include Lamps I will :)

Making the new average 26.45454545 :)

I love it when people are caught out:

Incase you didn't get my point (which clearly you haven't), I mean the current people in the top six will finish in the top six, wasn't talking about the order.

Oh and even if I did mean it would finish in the same order as now, who cares? I wouldn't care about admitting that, I'm a modest fan, unlike certain Spudlings.

So you didn't mean:

I'm pretty confident the top 6 will finish as is ....

Please see previous post, you've more or less repeated yourself <doh>

Actually forget it, I forgot you were the biggest pedant on here.

Chelsea are 5 points behind after 22 games, what makes you think that you will not be further behind after the next 16 games, we are playing better than you are and have been all season.

I think that the top 4 will remain as they are in the current order, and looking at Chelsea's match against Norwich you are hardly in sparkling form now are you?

Next Tuesday, we have Wigan at home(even you would have to favour us in that one) and you have Swansea away (tough tough game, just ask the goons), so the gap could well be back up to 7/8 points with only 15 games left. Tick Tock indeed.

Or it could be 2 points.

This is a crazy season.

Spurs have been better than us this season, no question. But...they were in a 'title race' for 2 games and picked up one point...at home to Wolves. I think it would be fair to say, Chelsea have a lot more experience at the business end. Spurs may falter during squeeky bum time.

How many times have Arsenal been in the title race at this stage of the season to then drop silly points in the last 10 games??

5 points is nothing at this stage especially as you still have to come to the bridge.
