The point i'm making is the word "legend" is like the word "hero" vastly overused. In 20 -30 years time most Gers fans won't even remember Weir.

The money saved on Deep Heat and embalming fluid should free up enough cash for a couple of blue chip signings. <ok>

I would say so, he will go down in history as one of our best ever players, the same cannot be said for Weir at Rangers. He would not even figure in the top 100 if you carried out a poll in a few years time.

it's a sad reflection on the state of our team / game that weir is considered a legend but he is in my eyes.

PS imagine the celtic team that bossed the league with larsson et al played the rangers team that bossed the league with laudrup et al.

    best old firm ever

Rangers would win it though. Gazza and laudrup runnin the show

Has he done any coaching badges or anything?

You would've thought that he would make a great coach.

He did get away with murder because of his age sometimes, that's about as much as you can knock the guy. He can be a legend to anyone who wishes to view him that way. Certianlay an example of professionalism (execpt for signing for that shower of bastards <whistle>).

He started them about 2 years ago. My mate was one of the runners for his B licence or whatever the **** it is called these days. Says he was very impressed with him. Definite manager more than a coach.

He's a ****. Did he not say recently that he'd still be the best player in the SPL if he came there now?

The **** lives in his own wee Robbie Savage bubble.
