I haven't been following the Bundesliga this season so don't know a great deal about Cissé. Aslong as he's better than the one that played for Sunderland then I'm happy.
 
This transfer window hasn't closed and there is no way on Earth that this Cisse is the best striker we could get for a fee of 10mil.

Face facts, he's not even the best Cisse we could get within the price quoted.
