Saints fan in peace here, We have just signed your (i think) player, Falque, on loan till the end of the season. Whats his best position and What are your thoughts on him? Personally, I'm hoping you win the League as I'm fed up of the normal big 4 all the time - Good Luck Guys!
Looks very promising. Skilful, positive and very attack-minded. Too much competition for places for him to get much of a chance, unfortunately. Good luck with your promotion push.
He's an attacking midfielder, and very highly rated. He should suit your style of football perfectly, and I hope you give him plenty of game time. We only recently bought him from Juventus, and I like to think he has a big future with us.
I should add, that he won't get a look in for us whilst we have VDV, although he'll move up the pecking order if we get rid of Dos Santos.
i like him...you can see why we signed him in the little moments we have got to see him..however it will look like a waste of money unless he is utilised....not his fault HR wont try him...however im not saying that he is ready for the first team..just that usually players like that seem to pale into insignificance when we buy them.

I don't think I've ever seen a player announced as a permanent signing and then instantly loaned out before. Must've been ticking over for a while, I guess.
Yeah, strange that we made such a quick signing too as we had him until the end of the season and could buy him for £8mill at anytime. Must've been offered a decent discount.
Can't work out how they sorted this one, "hi Dan it's Nic, can you buy that Spanish kid and then loan him to us please!" Anyway, as long as he is fit I'm certain that he will get plenty of game time as we are short of genuine wingers...Lallana plus Falque is a little bit tasty.
He has shown good signs and has obviously impressed behind the scenes! No better place to send a young player then Southampton! Keep us posted on his progress
I must admit Tevez sprang to mind when I was typing the last post. From what I've seen from him he'll be okay in the Championship on the wing but he's not an out and out winger, more of a VDV style player.
Thats cool we don't play with conventional wingers there's so much fluidity with our front 4, so it sounds like he's the perfect player for us
