That's fair enough mate, so why not come out and say he was unsettled and decided to go for the cash (and probably weather) instead of all this cobblers about youth trusts and his work with kids in Ghana.
My opinion (for what it's worth) is that he has made his own bed and has to lie in it - if he wants to play in front of 300 fans in a nothing league every week for £250k then who are we to judge him... BUT My opinion is worth absolutely **** all as the only opinions that matter are Gyan and Martin O'Neill's - If MoN gets him back I will fully support the lad - if he gets the "Ghana" Gyan and not the one who played for us at the start of this season then great. IMO we desperately need a goalscorer - is Gyan that?? I don't think he's the "Right place right time" player we desperately need - but he's certainly better at it than Bendtner!!
I hope he has a cracking ACN, scores a shed load and is wanted by a variety of glamour clubs across the world - they start a bidding war for him, we get a decent fee - £15/20m - and send MON on his bike to find a replacement! Happy Days
He was injured for a month, but he should be fit for their first game, or at the worse, only miss 1 game.
If I had my way I would rather never see him back. If he came back and was scoring freely I'm sure I could turn a blind eye though. Just look what happened with Rooney. There looked no way back after he put in his transfer request and was linked with City. In the end he had what was arguably his best season, now all that is forgotten.
Any player who can do what he did to my beloved football club can go rot in hell. He left us short of a good striker he was well paid for what he did and to be honest i was at the Burnley friendly game and he didn,t give a **** then either. Hope the arabs chop off his balls and soak then in vinegar
If MoN wanted to bring him back I would bow to his judgement just as I would if he decided to raid Villa and bring Bent back. MoN is the only person whose opinion matters at the moment and I am happy for that to continue.
