Isn't it nice to have confidence in our new manager? He appears to buiding his own team on his terms and developing a better BCFC that's been needed for many years.

    Good luck Derek!

Also nice to see comments from current players for Derek in a good positive manner. How nice it would be if that kind of positivity was predominant in the dressing room because it will filter out to the supporters in the seats.

I know the finished product won't be fully evident for a while yet, but I'm filled with more positive thoughts than for a very long time.

    Long may these thoughts continue.

Hope so Wiz......I keep going on I know........but would love to keep Nicky here for at least one more season (so long as we stay up) as I see we could be looking at a playoff place at the very minimum next year.
Lets not lose our best players please......DM needs to build around them

Having faith in Del means having faith in his signings being more effective than the ones they replace.

I have arrived at the opinion that a fresh bunch of youngsters out to prove themselves would be better than a prima donna with delusions of grandeur, just because he had 6 good months a couple of years ago. Yes he has scored 8 goals this season, but then he has played in every game he has been available for.
    Not impressed.

Nicky has got to go soon. Nothing against the bloke wanting to play in the prem but why is he an automatic starter when his form currently doesn't deserve it. Pitman must be getting so frustrated, can see us losing both if this carries on. Brett is the one we should be playing, Nicky wants to go so get Brett in the team and match sharp as soon as possible.

Nicky seems untouchable, any other player playing poor in the last few games would be dropped instantly but he's still starting games not doing much ?

Perhaps Del is keeping Nicky in the team because he is playinf so poorly?? Then no-one will want him and maynard will have to sign and stay put or risk playing for wigan neext season??:emoticon-0105-wink:

Perhaps Del keeps playing Maynard because he don't trust any of the others to do the job.

Maybe he don't rate Pitman as high as we do. He obviously don't rate Stead but he is manager so should we not trust him. We are still **** but when we had Millen we were ****ing awfull!

I know the wheels have come off your red bus a bit recently, but I was asking because I was politely and genuinely interested.
