I've been a long term reader but this is my first post (so be gentle :smiley:)., and sorry if this has already be posted elsewhere

The transfer budget is rummoured to be around £20m, does anyone know if this is purely for fees or also includes wages? If its just for fees how would you spend it?
Myself:

Alex £2m
Sambam £8m
an attacking midfielder, possible someone like Hleb would be cheap and he's already used to the premier league
with the rest being used to fund a striker such as Defoe

I welcome your thoughts

In response to the original question before all the gay porn starting being posted...jesus christ...the two CBs would be a great addition although one would do (Samba) if it allowed us funds for a good striker.

Dont think the CAM is necessary although getting someone like Machechran in on loan what with Ali's injury would be good.
