it was a cracking game last week, and being married to a Geordie my house was a great place to be after the match, but ffs is there any need<laugh>

I can understand releasing the 5-1 against the unwashed and the 4-4 comeback, but this is a bit ridiculous. Ashley must be annoyed at the lack of memorable matches this season. WE really were spoiled last season at SJP. 6-0, 5-1, 5-0, 4-4
 
Great result like, but I agree it is a bit daft. Hardly warrants a DVD! Wasn't a 6 or 7 goal thrashing was it!

But y'know, it'd definitely sell that's for sure.

This will sounds very hypocritical but...

I think it's ridiculous and is a 'small club' mentality that any victory over Man United warrants a DVD. However, I will probably end up buying it as I couldn't get to the game and my internet stream was poor meaning I didn't actually get to see the entire game.
 
A bit crass and cheesy but that's Mike. We're getting a 10m player off this stadium rights lark if you believe Derek! They seem to be still struggling with that don't they. I'm more stunned that people buy all this ****e they feed.

Integrity is not a word this current regime are familiar with. The phrase "everything has a price" is more their mantra. I think this 3-0 will be a hard sell! Just shows how little they understand football and fans.
 
Saw this yesterday. I can't say I'm surprised but I certainly won't be buying it; I'd rather pay a bit more for a decent end of season review with match highlights longer than is the norm.

Exactly. People moaned about the 4-4 coming out too but I bought that. Might not rush in for this one but people will, and while we're selling **** t shirts with the fat blokes belly on it I've no issue with a DVD of a great match.
 
Purely Ashley and Llambias. They'll do anything they can to squeeze out more cash.

Although, if people do buy it, then I suppose they're being given what they want, so who are we to argue? It was a good game and easily interesting enough to watch again in future.
 
Maybe I am underestimating how gullible supporters actually are. Why would anyone buy a DVD of that 3-0 unless they weren't there and haven't seen the highlights? (which you could get quite easily) It was ok but hardly vintage stuff. We hoofed it long all game and Man U failed to cope, scored a couple of screamers and that was about it. There's been several better games this season.

The mind boggles but each to their own I suppose. If people want to throw good money after bad you can't really help them.
 
I can't believe the miserable ****s saying it's embarrassing. It's a great victory, our first win over Man utd in 10 years.
