Neil took over when we were in total poo, and with his amazing man-management style took us to the Premier League with extraordinary style. He brought smiles to the faces of thousands of Hoops fans. We won't ever forget him - he saved us and took us up - what more can you ask? A legend.

Sooper and Rodney - well said.

Absolute legend who did amazing things with a team struggling in the Championship.

I have a lot of regrets and anger (none against NW) but won't post them on a thread to the man.

    Eternal thanks Neil.

Relegation here we come and a new fresh start in the Championship. Still at least prices will be cheaper, more games to watch and more of a level playing field. Come on you Rrrrrrs.

Neil! Many, many thanks! You have done brilliantly for QPR. I really wish the Board had stayed with you and given you the chance to keep us up and develop the continuity we need. Such a knee jerk reaction after what 2 months of dodgy results is not a good omen for the future of this Club. Last time I saw Neil he was banging his heart to us supporters at Stoke after that last great win - seeems unreal he has gone already now.

So...regardless of who takes over and what players we may get in, you think we're definitely down?

Ah the images on SSN of our promotion last season now make me feel kinda sad. Thanks to Neil for all he's done, if only the two muppets had sodded off a bit earlier maybe things would have been different.

Now you're done?! What about our endless list of sacked managers under the goons, that was a disgrace, not this.

Loved your original post though, spot on <ok>

First time post, and would just like to mirror the sentiment from most on here that NW will always be a legend for what he's done and where he took the club.

    Thank you Neil

Neil, I'll be eternally gratefull for what you've done for our club. You brought stability and pride back when it seemed so far away. Last season was phenomenal! Best I've ever experienced as an R, our confidence grew as each week passed, personally and as a group. Very sad that it had to end this way, you deserved so much better.
Thanks to Mick and Keith as well, best coaching staff in 15-20 years.

Best of luck to all of you and thank's for everything! <ok>
