Hope he doesn't want to be' noticed' at little ol' Bristol Rovers.
His build and appearance sometimes mask poor performances,
as CJS said about tonight's match.

The Man United players were in his face given any detrimental situation to them. He did nothing. Expect the Villa players to do the same. Precious little Premiership players have to be protected at all costs.

I have always thought a lot of his decisions go the way of the bigger teams when watching him ref say one of the big four against one of the Prem strugglers. I wouldn't expect to see us getting a 50/50 if someone goes down in the penalty area but maybe I'll be proved wrong...

Remember that night well.

I had a ticket for the Dolman bought in advance and got to the turnstiles and was turned away as the ground was "full" I was spitting feathers and still had the ticket in my hand! The side gates were eventually burst open under the sheer weight of people so I took my chance and ran for it. A copper caught me a beauty with a truncheon to the back of my head on the way though!

Then to top it off had to watch that.

oh, happy days.
