Having been a life long Atheist since I was old enough to think for myself.

I now find myself in a strange predicament.

I BELIEVE in MON !!

After 50 years of less than believable managers, a couple that flattered to deceive and actually preached a good game.

A false Prophet named Bruce had his disciples who tried to shout down any non-believers.
Any questioning of Bruce's abilities was treated like the Spanish Inquisition, non believers were tortured and abused for their lack of faith!

Thankfully Caesar Ellis took over from the Senate and drove out the false Prophet!

Caesar then brought forth a quiet spoken man who he had belief in, who had been in the wilderness for some time.
The majority of the faithful agreed, that this may just be the man to lead them to the promised land!
After a few weeks even the Agnostics were swaying and starting to believe.
Has he persuaded everyone, probably not, but they are more open to believing the land of milk and honey may be within grasp.
No out and out miracles as of yet, no water into wine.
What he has done, he has given belief to players who previously looked average and made them look like they could walk on water.
Previously the unwashed neighbours in Sodom and Gomorrah held the high ground in the recent local battles. Even if they lost the overall war.
I now find myself believing these battles can be won, as MON will not allow what the false Prophet allowed. Under his leadership I can't see us ever again rolling over and playing dead!

Does MON preach and try to persuade?
No, he says it like it is, take him as he is or leave him.

Could this be another false dawn?
Of course it could be, at least this time we appear to have a leader who knows the path forward.

The futures bright the futures Red and White!

I would describe myself as more agnostic rather than athiest, but I will certainly be supportive of MON during his time at SAFC through all the ups and downs we will face in the coming months/years...

There will probably be a couple of Ateapotist's too. :p

**** it.........i don't believe in owt....why should i?

But maybe, just may maybe.......................

I understand that but I still dont understand how a team of fill ins who failed so badly are now world beaters and how MON gets them there.

Well it could be as simple as New Manager...Dead Black Cat Bounce. However given a fair wind, I.e..some of Ellis Shorts cash, I suspect MoN will do us proud.
