Expect an appeal before long:
Can't believe the covert footage of the defendants making "racist rants" was submitted as evidence. I have been known to rant about getting back at certain people when drunk, doesn't mean a thing in the cold light of day.
The clothing and other items used for the DNA evidence have been cross-contaminated, the police have rendered those items unusable.

I would like to see justice done but this is just a farce.

They will go down and rightly so if guilty, can`t help feeling that we will have another Rodney King situation if they don`t ...

They HAD to get a conviction. Not to bore anyone with Irish ****e but it was the same for the Guilford 4 and Bimingham 6. Public outrage, the cops HAD to get convictions so they got them. Whatever the cost to justice.

On your point about spouting off while drunk, we would all be locked up if we were to be convicted on things we said while blootered. This case stinks.

No but there's a difference between 'stuff said when you're drunk' and what they were doing. I couldn't care less if they're guilty or not, they're scum and deserve to be behind bars, hopefully being bummed by loads of big butch black guys. I wonder if they'll be calling them 'coons' to their faces...

If they are as bad as whats been made out (i don't care if they are or aren't) then yes, there was a case up in Aberdeen with some racist **** who got jailed for attacking a polish boy with a broken mop handle or something, went on to attack more polish in jail.

So you think that even if they are not guilty they should be locked up for being arseholes? (which they very much are btw)

Yep, anyone that happily pulls a knife out of his pocket and puts it on the side when he enters a room doesn't deserve freedom. Especially with the stuff they're coming out with as a 'chat'.

The world would be a better place if they were all shot tomorrow <ok>
 
Bottom line is the case collapsed many years ago and now the laws that have been in place for centuries have changed in order to find them guilty. You can't just keep trying people because you didn't like the initial vedict.

Maybe but it's hard to feel sorry for them, people like that are ****ed and don't deserve to be part of society.

If only I was in charge...

Exactly. These guys HAD to be found guilty. Simple as that. It is a politicaly motivated conviction.

They are utter vermin but that does not mean they should be treated any different because the victim was a black guy.
