reading the times today, it has a list of potential transfer window movements. For us, it says Marc tierney may be leaving - does anybody know if there is any truth in this, or is it poor journalism because he has been injured?
Poor journalism. Every player that has been injured in the last week seem to want to leave according to th media
It's amazing that they put these together isn't it. Shows a complete lack of football knowledge from them. It's very likely Marc will feature at the weekend in some form to gear him up for the next league game, he's been absolutely ace this year, model pro and you get the feeling he genuinely likes the club (ref Cartwheels)
Absolutely appalling journalism. Who are the clubs linked? This seems to happen with injured players since Pilkington hadn't played much the Pilko to Liverpool rumour appeared.
How often, with any Club, do the journo's get it right? It's only when a deal is as good as signed they have any real accuracy. The rest of the time they seem to pluck the name of any player that's had a decent season and decide they're off. Most transfer gossip is lorry load of salt time.
Rumour has it that Morison and Tierney had a scrap in training and Tierney came off much worse. Only rumour though. Was he in the stands for the QPR match?
Northants - From Twitter, I acknowledge its totally unsubstantiated though, but just a thought, and one which I could be inclined to not disbelieve.
It happened with McKenzie and Francis in our last season in prem didn't it? and ruined any lingering hopes of saving our season!
Sorry Max but it was clearly stated that Liverpool were preparing a bid, thought to be around £2M for Pilks
2 million and WBA sounds like an odd one. If anyone is going I've got a feeling it'll be your Wilbrahams and Lappins. I do want to see Lambert put people like Korey Smith out on loan.
