In all seriousness though, I heard about this story and read in the paper that the player had tapped the owl with his foot in the hope it would fly away. I then got in a heated debate with my mates as I was defending him, the outcome of which was them to conclude I am a heartless bastard. I watched the video the following morning..................egg and my face were in alignment.

Completely unnecessary by the player, but children all over the world are getting kicked/beaten/raped ... I could give more of a **** about them!

(I realise this is a bit of a Tash-esque statement, but animal charities etc. annoy me)
 
I don't get your logic. Bad things are fine as long as worse things are happening? Its fine if I slap a child, because someone might be killed in an earthquake elsewhere? Crime and punishment can't ignore 'minor' offences.
 
No, that's not my logic...

But, for example. It costs £2 a month to save a child or £3 to save a ****in donkey?

I don't personally abuse animals, nor do I support the abuse of animals, but I personally feel more strongly about the abuse of children then the abuse of animals.
 
Well thats fine, don't pay money to animal charities. If I see you kick a badger though you'll have me to deal with!
