Does anyone know for a fact what the extended ticket allocation is, lots stood in the queue and hearing contradicting amounts of 100/200 and even up to 500? Anyone have the facts?
I'm in the queue, the guy in front reckons there are around 100 but sone reckon that now they are gonna give us the full 2575 allocation and that means about 500, just have to wait and see.
Queue goes back nearly one whole side of the ground so no hope for them poor buggers! I was here over an hour ago and not sure I have a great chance either!!! I reckon I have 100 peep in front of me and i spoke to the guys at the front and the first 6 people had 35 tickets between them!
Yeah unbelievable people buying loads, cap on 4 per person at max. I must be 80 back, been here since about 7:30. Gotta try, there are people still turning up, queue now extends round the northam kingsland corner.
Says on OS only 1 per season ticket holder, but I suppose some may have turned up with several STs for family and friends.
They should have done some sort of loyalty like they did for skates, 4 or more away games, que goes round to kings land would go home if I were them!
I don't think there is much chance unless your at the front! 160 available apparently about 60 left!!
I said this when they initially released them, but got shot down saying 'you should have got there earlier.'
I got there at 6.30 and by the time I got to the front there were only 20 left so I reckon anyone later than 7am no chance! Should've been a ballot, no question and hopefully the club will view it that way too
Had it not been so close to both the Pompey game and Xmas (and hence the Xmas post), then I'm sure it would have been balloted.
I reckon we must have been stood near you, I would say we were 20 or 30 tickets off getting in! Very frustrating, really wanted to go! :-(
Never underestimate the public. Love to shout at people who can't argue back. I give them the Fran death stare.
The guy who commented that the tickets should have been done through a "ballet system" made me laugh.
