Its tough actually. We might start Maxi on the left with Downing on the right and vice cersa. Kuyt is due a game too. Might start with Bellamy and Suarez up front and Downing/Maxi on the wings.

I'm very optimistic towards this game. We look solid at the back again, and Liverpool are failing to get results at home. I personally think a draw is very possible here, and maybe even a win.

The teams that have been getting draws here like Norwich, Swansea and Blackburn could only score one goal, where as we know we're capable scoring more than that against most teams.

We failed to take chances to win games, City and UNited were lucky to leave with a point, doesn't mean we'll fail to take some of the bags of chances we'll create this time round<ok> Seems to me you are hoping for more bad finishing to nab some points

Nah we can rely on quality from our own team to win it, whether or not you also take your chances determines if you'll get the win.

If it was 1/2 games that you'd failed to take your chances to take the points then I'd agree, but you've failed to beat Sunderland, Blackburn, Swansea and Norwich at home. We are better than each of these teams, so I fancy our chances <ok>
 
I think the key for us will be the pace and trickery of Bellamy, Suarez and Maxi. I think we can attacked your right with some success.

Bellamy and Maxi have got goals in them too.

Not convinced he will start with Carroll. He may do, but I think pace and quick passing will be more effective than direct, aerial play.

When someone we really do not like plays against us we also lift our game, which I can see being a factor with Newcastle. I mean look when Owen has since played against us, and 3 in 3 vs Torres.

Not playing him may set you off your stride.

P.s highly unlikely Gerrard will start. Maybe last 15 mins.
