Got FM12 for Christmas, started with Lille as they're only predicted 6th and have a modest budget so thought it would be a decent challenge. Also get to play CL football. It's a bastard trying to attract players though.
Fifa. I could of won the shoot-out if I scored at one point, Valdes saved and the rest is history. I want to leave NUFC and have been offered jobs at these teams: Chelsea, Man City, Bayern Munchen, PSG, Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid. Who should I join?
Atletico's the only real challenge amongst those, the rest you're expected to win the league anyway. Just had a shootout on my first competitive game of the season on FM (the French equivalent of the Community Shield) and there were more missed than scored! My best two takers are my two keepers, bizarrely.
I'm not sure, I like the idea of Chelseas style of play but I'm sick of the EPL, Man City are offering me **** loads of transfer funds, PSG and Bayern are both different leagues which could keep me entertained and Atletico Madrid are also in a different league and a challenge. If I wanted to join a team that's already dominating, I'd probably stick with NUFC.
I'd say go for PSG then, the French league is very pleasant. Spent most of my Fifa 11/12 Virtual Pro career in Ligue 1. Also, on FM12 I'm currently manager of Toulouse.
I had a career mode in Ligue 1 with Arles Avignon on fifa 11 and didn't enjoy it as much as I probably should of, that may be because I had a **** team though... I'm torn between Atletico, Bayern and PSG, can't stay in the EPL. What would the fans think of me!
I'm in 2015, I'll give it another 5 years and then try to join back. For now, I'm going to raid my past club to the point where the fans denounce me as a toon legend and exile me from the city.
