The Premier League fixtures for the 2026/27 season will be released at 10:00 BST on Friday, June 19, 2026.

Who do you think Newcastle will get for their 1st game?

Not the start I was hoping for but good to get Liverpool out the way until April 2027...

Big games seem kind of spread out so hopefully we can generate a bit of consistency between September - late November.

Liverpool have been bullying us, so it's an opportunity to land a significant blow

I think a home game against a top side is a good thing 1st game of the season. Exactly for this reason. If you lose it it was probably expected and out of the way if you win it it's a good momentum builder and a kick in the teeth for them.

Hopefully, but we'll be starting with something close to the side that lost at Fulham regardless of any signings we make I reckon.

Mate we’ll be starting more or less the side that started against Villa, never mind the one that finished the season. Which in itself was maybe only 1 player different from the team that started the season before!! And somehow eddies not the problem because League Cup.

Don't see any issues with those 3 to start, easy warm up and bit of cash for the lower league teams.

There’s only Valencia and Everton left. Valencia is just part of a training camp.

I’m quoting the club here: “To fund the on-pitch dream, Newcastle's commercial vision focuses on aggressive global brand expansion. Club executives have noted that the club historically "underperformed" commercially."

Words vs actions. Ultimately we’re full of bluff and bluster, so maybe it’s time for a complete reset on expectations regardless of what the Canadian says.

Think it's a good pre-season to be fair - ramps up the difficulty nicely and there's still a spare weekend prior to the league beginning which I presume will get a game sorted there.

(19/7) National North -> National Premier -> Championship -> La Liga -> Premier League -> Another? -> League starts (23/8)

Also players reporting back after the World Cup ends so potentially could be missing Bruno, Thiaw, Woltemade, Burn, Elanga and Wissa (all pretty much qualified for the next round bar Wissa - DRC vs Uzbekistan means he probably will go through) and if any make the QF's (9th-11th July) then will still away by the time pre season starts and if not will most likely still be on holiday's until the Bristol game so don't want to go to hard early doors any way.
