Who is begrudging anybody anything or is livid you ******. You stated a fact that “once” Newcastle gave away “half” season tickets. I pointed out that people only stayed away as a protest. Also a fact. I also pointed out that Sunderland had given away loads of tickets and still couldn’t sell out. Another fact. Who they gave them to is irrelevant they gave them away because they couldn’t sell them not in some grand gesture. Another fact.
Other points???

It's like trying to explain the 2 x table to a dribbling imbecile.

You gave away 10k season tickets fact. You have also given away other free tickets to recovering drug addicts fact. That is in no way shape or form any different to Sunderland giving away tickets to school kids fact. Both clubs have filled their grounds at some point by giving away free tickets fact. For some reason you seem unable to comprehend any of that. Probably due to you being as dense as a castle wall
I’ve never said we haven’t dim wit. You pointed it out about us as if Sunderland have never done the same far more. Thats what your thick skull hasn’t grasped.
And the other points?

No what cannot be grasped here by you due to you be a completre and utter ****** is Sunderland have never in their history had to give away 10k season tickets. Now you can go round the houses as much as you want but that has never ever happened. I am bored of you now like. I will let you get back to your Universal Credit journal.

Cheers for the 6 points. Mind the gap

Mate, come on - that’s “official” window dates, plenty of signings had already happened before then including this keeper we bought and the lad to Brighton! Liverpool signed someone in February, I think.

Nothings improved and nothings changed. I read that the right back we could be about to sign is ****ing Maitland-Niles.
Those pesky facts eh Roly? Getting in the way of a good beel fest :)

Chelsea have just gazumped Inter for Palestra. This is happening far, far too much now. I’ve already jacked in every sports package but I think that might have been my last season of football, if this trend continues.

I know we were reported as keen, which was daft given he was Serie A defender of the year (ever going to learn a lesson, Eddie) so hardly under the radar. But if all the cartel are doing is hovering over other clubs targets, or buying prospects, which Ive seen more more, then selling with buy back clauses then the game is utterly and completely ****ed.

Completely agree Roly, sadly the game's becoming a farce.

Thing is nothing matters. Man U have been in the wilderness for so long, so bad, yet they still just get who they want. We’ve seen Chelsea do it and now Spurs are about to do it. It’s really about moments in the sun rather than any sense of sustained progress for the rest of us . Even when we did something we were plucky underdogs and it’s impossible to be anything else. The current model - City spending huge when they should be under embargo (how quickly would the 115 be over if the PL stopped them spending? They didn’t of course). Chelsea’s sale of women’s team being “ok, but this is the last, last time, naughty boys” rather than a huge fine and embargo. Man U being 1.5bn in debt but it’s ok because of the 60s. It’s all an absolute ****ing farce you’re right.

I think football will eat itself, the next gen don’t care enough outside of an Xbox and have no attention span. My sons no more a die hard Newcastle fan than I am a positive influence on this board. He will say he’s a fan to his mates, but he’d take a pair of Nike trainers over a toon shirt any day. And Newcastle fans are the best of a bad bunch. It’s dying it just doesn’t know it yet. Maybe I’ll be lucky enough to see it reset but I doubt it.

Newcastle never actually gave away season tickets. They were for only half a season. Giving away tickets for every game is exactly the same as giving them away in a block and Sunderland have given them away for a lot more than half a season and still couldn’t fill the place.
Getting bored from avoiding answering questions with facts?
Don’t even know what universal credit is. Is that some kind of benefit Mackems claim?

Selling players does not concern any Sunderland fan. This regime has done it for years and years and we have got better with each sale. He is on a 5 year contract so if its true (which it wont be) we will get an absolutely ridiculous amount of money for him. When you have one of the best recruitment teams in the country player sales dont worry you. When you dont you end up spunking hundred of millions on dross like Wissa, Elanga and Woltemade
