I've got an electric Renault Zoe. It's OK for local stuff, but I'm getting the heebie-jeebies about a forthcoming trip to Snowdonia. Last time it went on a long journey it decided it didn't want to charge up, that was in Cornwall. The rescue service mechanic fixed it more by luck than judgment. The software can't be trusted.

Full electric plug in or hybrid ?

That’s on my friends ‘possible’ list and a very nice looking motor as well.. Have you experienced any of the above potential issues ?
You wouldn’t know it was part electric except the car goes almost silent at times. Never had any negative feedback from passengers.
My kids say it sounds like a spaceship when I pull up.

Just fill up at the petrol station easy peasy

My late father bought his second wife a Hillman Imp, this around 1980, the bloody thing was like driving around in this

I'm sorry this does not contribute much to the discussion, but I cannot change the habits of a lifetime.

Elfs and Imp in the same sentence, way too easy... :emoticon-0127-lipss
