Adingra heading back to Sunderland

@SAFCsource
'AS Monaco will not exercise their option to buy Simon Adingra'. #SAFC

Must have just seen him bottle taking a first time 1 v 1 shot vs germany to win the game.

In all seriousness I really want him to come good he's just so inconsistent and doesn't put the graft in.

same here, honestly felt as if he was the type of player that would improve game after game...unfortunately watching him against germany he looked lost, not just his 'miss' but his pathetic waddle to chase his man then just giving up and holding his head, no fight at all in him which i found strange from a lad playing for his country.

I was excited when we signed him but listening to what the Brighton fans were saying after we had their negative opinions on him seem to be true

Think you hit the nail on the head there mate. Has to put the graft in. There’s a player inside him definitely. Hopefully after the set back against Germany at the end of the game he uses that to react in a positive way. Looks at Brobbey as an example to put more into his game. The old saying right…what you put into something you will get out of it.

What sort of market value would Bergvall have at the moment? £50m? If Spurs are forced to pay £100m for Tonali do you think they'd push up the Bergvall fee to try and mitigate the financial loss?

They will want at least 30m you'd assume

Yep, I think we'd be interested in Bergvall. The lad is a quality player and doesn't start as often as you'd think he should given their midfield options.
