If I cooked that, it would almost certainly leak
I make beef and hallumi wraps, with veggie bake and rice.

Super simple today, papasmurf pasta with diced capocollo and green pesto. Took about 15 minutes and half of that was cutting the meat.

What cheese slices do you use. They’re always disappointing from any shop.

Pizza oven seen action today.
Nice as I can just light the fire and then let the Grandkids ‘design’ their own pizzas.
Obviously they need a little supervision putting them in to cook, but not too much tbf.

They’d have been on water, with a touch of brandy if they were!
Anyway other than cooking and eating he’s played football non stop for several hours so I think he’ll sleep.
Been waiting to get mine out, lent my mate my gas can about April and still waiting for its return. Love a good home made pizza.

Never having seen one of these, is that the usual configuration to have the coals off to one side, rather than the heat source being underneath?
It's the way traditional pizza ovens are supposed to work. The heat rolls over the top, but it also heats the stone floor which cooks from the bottom
