Up to Edinburgh this weekend to drop my eldest at the Airport as he disappears to USA for the summer.

Our grand daughter did it a few years ago and loved it, she was near Philadelphia, it makes them independent.
Yeah he's doing one in upstate New York. Dead excited for him, but it will be a wrench (and 2 months of worry no doubt)
Going to see Electric Six tonight.

Quiet one this weekend, got to take mam's dog back to the vets this afternoon for a check up after he got bitten by another dog last week.
Thankfully no massive damage, but he got a bit of an infection near the bite mark, couldn't see it for all his fur.

Yesterday (Friday) I cleaned all the guttering on the house and cleared up all the dead leaves in the front garden.
Today, cleared up even more dead leaves out the back and then cleaned the pool. Off to watch MJ The Michael Jackson Musical tonight with Mrs K.
Tomorrow cleaning the house then having an early night ready for our early morning flight on Monday.

Ive got my lads this weekend. Im doing my stress management course soon, and then me and my lads are going to the gym and swimming.
Takeaway and football for us tonight, and tomorrow will be the gym again and mostly chilling.

Off for breakfast and a stroll down Roker beach. Pick up some food & drink for tonight while we are down there. Then we will head to the memorial garden with some flowers for my mam / daughters nanna.
Then home to cook tonight’s food together ready for her mam coming home from work. Then it’s food, wine & footy tonight, the wife doesn’t know about the footy yet but I will have secured the remote by then. Slightly boring to some but I bloody love it

Not long back from our York visit...out for coffee & cake this morning, got back straight into cutting the lawn before we're off again on Monday to stay with eldest daughter near Darlington for 3 nights...really looking forward to that as it's been a while since we've seen them. Hope we get 3 dry days for a change.
Went to watch a Jam tribute act last night at the Fire Station. It was my wife who wanted to go more than me but to be fair they were decent musicians and enjoyed it.

It is indeed. Hopefully not too long before they build the 8000-10000 seater where the Leisure Centre was.
We went to the Franz Ferdinand gig there. It was the first time I'd been and I thought it was a fantastic venue. Really enjoyed it.
Is that a thing? Be a great addition to the city if it is.
Definitely the thing that has been talked about and to the best of my knowledge nothing else has been mentioned. I think this came about with the granting of Sunderland being a city of music.
