Burger streak over. Another ramen, not sure what exactly bit of an Asian hodgepodge. Chinese shandong noodles, Korean pork belly, Thai panang curry/soup. Think Ramen is a Japanese dish. Packed with spinach, baby corn (cooked) and fresh diced garlic, spring onions and red chilli.

Well nice.

I often do roast veg with couscous and baked salmon (with sweet chilli sauce..)

Difference here was cooking / roasting the Haloumi and Potatoes first, before adding them to the veg for a final oven roast together..

I always put the Halloumi in last!
There's quite a few veggies in our wider family so if we're feeding a lot of them as well as meaties this is a really useful option.

Probably my favourite lunch. Saveloys, mashed potato with raw onion, topped with cheese.

Had Saveloys last night, for the first time in ages. Love them, no one has heard of them up here, but B and M sell them and they’re pretty decent. I always remember my Dad going to Fletchers in the city centre to get them, couldn’t beat them back then.
