Another one of the till the enders off to pastures new. Thank you and good luck
Canny emotional that. Came up here when he was 18 after losing his father i think at a young age. Seems very popular amongst the players.

Done very well for us good luck lad, no doubt he’ll get a good move

Sad to see him go but understandable, he’s at an age where he really needs to playing every week and can’t see him dislodging Reinildo. Wish him the best of luck.

Wonder where he’s off too? Unlikely to be Prem unless it’s one of the newly promoted sides, a top end Championship team more realistic.

Seems a lovely lad, hope he does well but glad we’ll get a more available person for a busy campaign. (Hopefully)

Curious to see where he ends up. Ability wise, he's 100% a PL player, but fitness record maybe means it'll be a Championship move for him.
I do wonder if his inability to make himself available for those 5 games when Reinildo was injured did for him? He did well during AFCoN and showed he could step up.

I can see one of the relegated sides taking a punt on him

West Ham

Always remember the WBA goal but I'd forgotten that absolute rocket against Coventry.

Such a shame about his injuries, I really believe he had the potential to be a top Premier League player if he could play regularly and develop properly... Gutted we'll never know.

We could also say the same about Niall Huggins who is an even sadder story

Really sad to see him go, was always a huge fan of his. Injuries and lack of playing time meant this was inevitable
Exactly this.

The lad was class when he got a run of games and if he’d been able to do that regular the only way he was leaving was for a large fee.

It’s stopped him developing and for all he didn’t look miles of PL we need reliability.

All the best Cirks, some great memories WBA in particular.

He will get a good move without question he is superb in the Championship
