I’d take Nunez in a blink me.

He’s raw but he’s dangerous and he has that thing we love here, he grafts his bollocks off.

He also scored 2 v the rats.

Salary be mental so we’d never go for him but I genuinely think he would be potentially class for someone like us.
His current salary will be crazy but that might mean he’d feel able to take a lower salary to be at the right place. He doesn’t have to work another day if he doesn’t want to.

Aye I agree.

Liverpool fans actually loved him as well he wasn’t all bad.

Had they paid £30m and not £85m would have been very different.

He’s a grafter, a menace and occasionally he can finish. I’d take him without a seconds thought.
Sorry lads, I can’t agree with you here. I’ll accept that he works hard and he’s got pace but for me he misses far too many good chances to make him worth the fee and wages he would command.

We’d need some absolute wizardry to get someone like Toney.

There is form for wizardry on our side, however. See Xhaka last summer and Le Fee in the championship.
Now you’re talking. I’d definitely take Toney on ability. Good goal scoring record and he’s got that nastiness to him as well.
My only worries on him would be wages and whether he would make the cut on the no dickheads policy.

Big question mark over Harvey Elliot for me. More through ignorance over what's ruined his year at Villa than anything else. Looks like they got him and and didn't like him one bit.

What about the lad who played for ManU Greenwood I think that's his surname left under a cloud.

Good way of losing any of the positive goodwill we have built in the footballing world, PR disaster.

It's that goodwill that allowed us to sign the likes of Xhaka and Mukiele when really they had no business signing for a newly promoted club.

Watched a lot of Kondogbia at Valencia, a good few years ago now mind. Back then he had it all, deceptively quick and agile, great engine and a hellish left foot. Haven't kept up with him back in France, so can't comment on the decline that Marseille fans say he's had, but he has good pedigree behind him.
