He's done pretty well there mind. Doing it again might be harder.
Very good coach. Over hyped, and impossible to really judge as every time his team slows down he spends vast sums on the best players.
If he had been as good as the telly heads unthinkingly repeat ad nauseam, then his record in the UCL would not be so poor at Bayern and City. Nor would his teams, including later on at Barca, have so often imploded in the second half of big games.
Sometimes, it's been a matter of shopping rather than coaching; there wasn't much to teach Semenyo or Guehi.
But he is better than Maresca who is seemingly the next guy. Arsenal to win it again next year, or maybe Liverpool if they have the sense and humility to get Ariola..
Really good coach, I just have the feeling he knows the outcome of the FA investigation and is getting out before the annoucement
Couldn't agree more, always had the best palyers and plenty of funds to buy more so while he is clearly good he isn't god like the media bang on!
It might be non league but that's a bit of a come down at Carlisle. You get shot of Mark Hughes and hire Rob Elliot!
