Ooh - what do I win?Sounds like you might be the first not606er to get it!
Was that a Bank of credit card?Ooh - what do I win?
Yeah it was just saying that the refund request from SFC was successful and it would land in about 4-5 days. It was worded as if I had applied for a refund which of course I hadn't. I'll let you know what happens.
Don't tell him Pike, there are spies everywhere...Was that a Bank or credit card?
I used Apple Pay (Debit Card)Was that a Bank of credit card?
Mine was Apple Pay too - but Credit Card. I think the CC payments will take longer. If there is no movement by this time on Monday, I will start a chargeback. Annoyingly it has gone into my new statement so I will get interest on it due to timing.I used Apple Pay (Debit Card)

Oh yes definitely spying I would imagine , or attempts to .There's a fair amount of inter-team spying going on in that sport. Maybe Saints should send its interns to Grand Prix venues, dressed as mechanics
To make it more fun - take a shot of whiskey every time you nab something from the brundle bingo card (murray walker's were better but I'm biased as he was what I got into F1 listening too)Oh yes definitely spying I would imagine , or attempts to .
My point was just to suggest you watch F1 as something to do with.
We all willed it to happen by talking about it.

Or move it to the General Sports thread, it is an interesting topic?Let's end the F1 related chat there please.
Careful wot u wish 4..... far more pain to come down the travelling crew of SAINTS fans, me thinksA bit difficult to be kicked out with all the tickets sold but I think that should have been the punishment. It will be a fine but it needs to be commensurate with the infringement. Whoever sanctioned this also needs to be banned from football.
It does not matter that he had a bloke on the hill with binoculars. It is the principle that matters.
Is it not turmoil!! [in bold print; with exclamation marks too!] that somebody can found guilty, and punitively charged with breaking a 'non-existent' competition rule; then judged by a trio that patently were found NOT TO BE FULLY QUALIFIED/INDEPENDENTImagine the turmoil had the appeal gone our way, what effect would that have had on the EFL? They had dug themselves in to a hole that they may never have recovered from. There was never a chance of the appeal being given in our favour, we were guilty and we were expendable.
