Voted for Reg but truly I think the only worthy winner is Andrews.

They did have a good lot of Prem hardened players but they lost their best three and he's brand new to the job. Hell of a job.
Agree Andrew's has done a great job but they are only 3 points ahead of us. A lot would have had Brentford as going down but id say at least 99% of the fans of premiership teams would have had us going down. By this logic I reckon Regis pips Andrew's. However I expect it to go to Arteta if they eventually do get over the line and win it. A League title and a Champion's Leagie final will be a hell of a season from him. Whiny twat or not.

He took them up to the Premier League at the first time of asking and avoided the relegation conversation altogether this campaign. In fact, the lowest that his side have ever been this term is 13th.
