I’ll be glad to see the back of Bernardo silva
Fantastic player that he is
To me he ended up slowing down every move and it killed the game
And ye Alonso isn’t right is it
Bernardo Silva is never a winger and it pained me whenever he was played as one.

I could see Palace tanking if Wharton and a few others leave, it's easy to forget how poor they looked before Glasner came in. Fulham have a few quality players in Wilson and ESR but sounds like Wilson may be on the move to Villa so they could be in a bit of trouble too. Agree no one will be quite as bad as Wolves but there's a few teams that feel like they're coming back to the pack.
Can but hope! I along with a number of others thought Bournemouth would struggle this season losing who they've lost but teams seem to be generally more resilient to losing top players with wide scouting nets that can replace them with cheaper options when it happens....time will tell

I understand people saying they wouldn’t keep Joseph. The reasoning being is he has lots of endeavour but not much quality. We had Craig ***an in the premier league though, all he had was hard work. He was league 1 in terms of every other attribute. Plus he was a petulant little ****er as well.
He scored a couple of important goals for us in the end.
I’d deffo keep KJ. If ***an can be useful, he definitely can

Brighton had some runs of poor results this season, and next season they will have a harder schedule. That’s the sum total of my reasoning!

I’d have a look at Jordan James as well. One shining light in a terrible Leicester side. Was available for a fee to Leicester from Rennes.
That’s a great shout. Quality player. Reminds me of Elliot Anderson. 11 goals and 4 assists from midfield is a great return in a team that got relegated to League One.

Inspired by a panini sticker - Ivan Perisic as an example of the Sunderland model of a sprinkling of good experienced pros.

Of course I'm not suggesting we can't discuss things. The kit, signings ground improvements, and a hundred other things all lend themselves to discussion and debate.
The thing with how much do we owe Ehab is it's one of those things that no one knows, the suggestions so far range from £25 to £40 million.
I would suggest if there is such a clause in the sale agreement it would be a very unusual thing.
To shackle the new owner of any business with a clause that says if you improve said business and make money the old owner is entitled to some of that money is as crazy as the buyer inserting a clause saying if this business I've just bought loses money in the next X many years the seller will return some of the purchase price. Bonkers.
Saying that it may well be true but I would need to hear it confirmed by the buyer or seller not somebody on X twitter Facebook or forum.
I don’t know anything about the deal with Ehab, but the bit in bold is a common clause in property deals, whether you think it’s bonkers or not.

I think the PL will be at its weakest in a long time next year with Pep gone, Slot struggling at Liverpool, Chelsea and Spurs in a mess, and Iraola, Glasner and Silva leaving their clubs.
The top-end might be weaker than it has been for a while, but the others are still looking considerably stronger than ourselves, Ipswich or Coventry IMO
It'll be interesting to see how Palace do post-Glasner, especially if they won the Conference League and had to balance European and domestic football again. Will Sunderland drop off? Will Forest invest heavily again? This season, Burnley and Wolves have been in another world of **** to even West Ham and Spurs, and they do seem to be a benchmark for most promoted sides over the last few years. I'd expect at least a couple of teams to have to drop 12+ points AND us outperform our fellow promoted clubs to have any chance of survival

You say this but then you point out the exact reasons why Palace, Sunderland, Forest, will all be iffy. You don't mention Leeds, second season struggles potentially, Fulham, who were a basket case until Silva came along, there's a few there.

Maybe I should go and find the people I've sold houses to in the past, if they've done it up a bit and sold it on for a profit maybe I'm due a cut of that profit.
Seriously though I am aware of uplift in say a farmer selling a field at agricultural values will include a clause to say that if the buy later sells the field for property development the original owner is due a share.
