I think this seems pretty close to bang on the money and football is one of the only places where you can not only get away with such behaviour but be applauded and in his case hero-worshipped for it

Might well be his main reason for owning a money pit that is a football club in the first place. Reputation management

What was the reason they didn’t show up? Because the punishment then saw them relegated

We’ll start, then the game will be called off at halftime, due to a plague of locusts, not to mention taking our firstborn. And Fibson (Copyright Thumwood typing school) will still want more. Maybe using the St Mary’s area as a weapon testing site. That happened previously at Fratton Park and caused millions of pounds worth of improvements

Surely it's okay to spy beyond Wednesday as the actual match date or time hasn't been confirmed, and Tuesday is speculated? :emoticon-0136-giggl

What a ****ing mess the EFL are making of this.

They have had a live page on this since the start that has posted absolute crap and speculation throughout. They are milking it for all the engagement they can get and presumably the locals are lapping it up.
