I'm not saying it will be postponed (though there'd be no refund on travel and refunding tickets wouldn't be that difficult), just that if there was nothing in it at all then it wouldn't be acknowledged as a possibility even.

Why do you say Boro's case is weak? We clearly had someone there when we shouldn't have done and therefore are in breach of the regulations.
You know for a fact he was working for Saints when he was there? You know for a fact he was sent by a member of Saints staff? You know for a fact that he filmed a Middlesbrough training session and you have seen what he was filming? You know for a fact he was talking to someone from Saints whilst filming and not listening to music?

No you don't. Middlesbrough can't answer all those questions either that's why their case is weak.

All any of us know is that a kid who may or may not have been an intern for Saints was seen filming at Middlesbrough's training ground and behaving suspiciously.

If you look at facts and not treat speculation as fact then the case is weak.

Let's not forget Middlesbrough have form for these antics.

Unless you work for Saints, you don't know if he's still a Saints employee or was at the time. He was an intern on the final year of his degree. He wasn't a full time employee.

We don't know what was being filmed. We don't know if he was sent by Saints.

Everything we do know has come from Middlesbrough. All they have is a Saints intern behind a tree with an iPhone.

That is a weak case.

He is a Saints employee. Interns are legally employees, he was still employed by the club as recently as last week, when he returned to the training ground on Wednesday after being told to remain at home in the immediate aftermath of the incident. I haven’t spoken to anyone since then, so perhaps he’s been let go in the meantime but he was certainly employed by the club as a full-time staff member prior to this week

I bet he’s already signed an NDA.

Why haven't Saints denied it? There's no doubt in my mind that he was sent there to record Boro's training, the question is by who?

I know for a fact that he's a Saints employee and that he was at their training ground. That's enough for us to be guilty.

I think situation with going after Derby for something like £45m individual compensation after their financial issues and trying to drive them out of business before ultimately setting of for £2m. That’s where the cult of Gibbo worship partly comes from. At least - the “we’ll sure them part”

It`s a bit rich Fibson (credit Thumwood c2026) taking the moral high ground - the same bloke that was in charge of Boro when they decided not to show up for that game at Blackburn. He cheated then - how much more cheating has he been up to that hasn`t come to light ?
