Yeah pretty sure Alfie said they’ve admitted internally/to the EFL, just not publicly putting that out there. To what degree they’ve admitted it who knows. No TSP tonight though sadly, it’s on Wednesday now, presumably because nothing has really happened since the last pod with all this **** and it will be decided by Wednesday one way or the other.
If Alfie has been confided with, it is in sharp contrast to the times of Cortese when Reporters were never allowed anywhere near the Club, and if he had been confided with, he shouldn't be saying anything until after the result.
He'd be daft to make up that we're definitely guilty if he's not been told that. Would never get anything out of them again.

Agreed. He'll probably know more than he's said and will have been told what he is and isn't allowed to release publicly.

Exactly. The idea that he'd completely make it up is insane and would be suicide for a local sports journalist covering a football club.
What has happened to Alfie House? There was an advert in the Echo last week that they are looking for a new sports journalist. Are they augmenting the team?
Not recently no, just reiterating that he's stated we won't contest the charge and are offering mitigation instead.

Nothing. The more junior Echo reporter (George Something) is moving on and they're replacing him.
Just this. Answer what is being asked and not what isn’t. I once interviewed a guy for a role and by the end of the first interview I thought he was perfect. I asked him if he had anything else and he replied
“Just to thank you for this opportunity as I am an alcoholic but hoping to get help soon”.
The situation has been well managed by the club. The powder has been kept dry. I am sure that the explanation will prove to be far less significant than Boro assume and as they have debated in the public domain. I think that we will ultimately find that Fibson has been flying a kite.
