Got mine - level 2 where I wanted to be - unfortunately except for the block you can't choose your seat unless you book a number together and you end up together- I suppose it stops people choosing same seats and making a mess of booking them - anyway - job done - were off
I remember in 2008 frantically trying to buy a ticket online and every time I chose a seat when I got to the next stage it would tell me that seat had gone. I guess that might be why we can't choose seats this time.

I had a few moments where it said i was restricted and it kept booting me off. In thw end it worked ok.
Were you using Firefox? I've had that issue in the past and switched to Edge and problem's gone away. Just trying to get myself fully prepared for my turn on Sunday.

Tickets sorted, ended up in 502 trying to coordinate buying 11 together with a mate and dealing with the website imploding every time I would put a ticket in the basket.

After sleeping on it, I don’t see the game not going ahead on Saturday. The logistical nightmare of it not going ahead would be madness more than it already has been.

With the lack of time available, I can see them being given a very hefty fine and then maybe a 3 point deduction for next season for any game proven to have been spying, upon a full investigation which realistically can’t be carried out in the next week.
Yes same issue here. We had to split it 6 and 5 and ended up in different blocks. At least we are all sorted though.

sorted but we're all over the place<laugh>why can people never read instructions and get set up before stuff like this, causes such a faff<doh>

What punishments are defined?
What set rate of punishments? The rule they made is so wide open to interpretation and therefore subsequent legal challenges

All it says is fines, immediate points deductions or tournament disqualification.

  • Range of Sanctions: Because the regulations were updated after 2019, an independent panel is no longer limited to financial penalties. Depending on the severity and whether senior staff knew of the operation, punishments can scale up to immediate points deductions or tournament disqualification.
  • Precedents: Disciplinary commissions look to global sports precedents, such as FIFA’s decision to issue a six-point deduction and a one-year coaching ban to the Canadian Women's Olympic soccer team in 2024 for using a drone to spy on an opponent's closed training session
You've answered your own question BT!! The range of punishments is clear. It all depends now on the evaluation of the evidence.
I think your final 2 bullet points point to what is now likely to happen

Hope we sell it out. It'll highlight even more how silly the EFL situation is that we're all sold out and ready to go, potentially makes it slightly more awkward for them to postpone it. And assuming it is on as planned, this team deserves a full City following.

If the alleged offence took place while Southampton were in the championship is there an option to give a points deduction if they are in the Premier league next season?
There are more questions than answers at the moment and I think we are heading for uncharted waters regarding possible appeals etc.

The EFL should have put clearer sanctions in place after the Bielsa case

Even simpler not to make it illegal. It's the 21st century all games are available to see on TV, expert opinion programs show tactics and set pieces in slow motion detail. Training grounds are often open to supporters, cameras and drones can film from miles away.

Block 221 for us, so side on like our normal seats. I hate how shallow the “bowl” is at Wembley so you have to trade off proximity to pitch v overview. But we’re in and now the arguments about logistics start (tiger travel v car/hotel).

Yes I forgot how shallow the lower bowl is , quite low down and you still feel
a long way from the pitch

Is Spygate the biggest story City have ever been involved in?

I've got TalkSport on and they've been talking about it all morning.

It's the FA Cup Final this weekend and this is the main story!

I spotted a drone over our house.
If you can move fairly quickly, and the knobhead operating it isn’t that bright, then you can follow it down the road and see what garden it lands in and knock on their door and threaten to come back if it ever appears above your house again and kick **** out of anyone who looks capable of operating a drone.
…apparently
There was a drone over the stadium for the whole of our 1st leg v Millwall. Not difficult to spot either as it was lit up.
