Just remember that this is all because one club believed they were above the rules and their coach is an ugly, creepy, cheating ****. It’s not our fault, it’s not Boro’s fault and as **** as they are, it’s not really the EFL’s fault either. It’s entirely because one club decided to cheat and everyone else has to deal with the fallout.

should get a big class action going against saints, loads have already booked trains and accom. ****ing ****ers.
I was a plaintiff (if that’s the night word) in a mass class action in the States once.
Something to do with a car rental company overcharging.
Signed up and sat back waiting for my payout.
Then when the cheque arrived I decided to add to it myself to create a bigger cash pot so I could buy a whole pint… <laugh>

oh well, at least we're used to getting shat on from up high and our club's been through all sorts of chaos and madness over the last couple of seasons. Helps our under dog mentality, **** 'em. Us against the world. Up the ****ing Tigers.

I would argue it is the EFL’s fault a bit.
They could have foreseen this type of event and had a clear summary ruling in place.
That way if clubs knew spying would or wouldn’t potentially result in expulsion from the competition it would be easier to determine next steps. For example if it said the maximum sanction was fines and points deductions we’d could have all just got on.
If it said expulsion you’d hope that would have acted as a deterrent in the first place but at least we’d have all had a bit more to go on from the start.

That comment from the Millwall fan puts it in to pesperctive as to how much the result of a game could be affected by a an incident such as the Southampton Spying.
Don't agree with the Millwall fans comment. I could have told him City would probably play a back 5 in the second leg based on what happened in the first leg, in fact I called it in a call to Glasgow Ric. I think the whole incident is dodgy. The ****housery thing to have done if Boro knew they were being spied upon was to let the daft lad film them, and pick a formation and tactics that was nothing like the formation or tactics they would be using on the night. Play them at their own game.
Still a poor show from Southampton as if not having the parachute payments wasn't enough of an advantage for them.
For me, play the Final and then clobber them with a points deduction.

Perhaps a tiny bit of optimism to cling to is that the message is a proper arse covering, but it does say that the hearing will be completed on or by Tuesday, May 19. The exact date will not be published.

I know it's unlikely. but that could mean they're meeting as early as tomorrow.

Is that including any appeal?
