There are 3 options apparently... financial penalty (not likely)... points deduction and being kicked out... they have asked for more time to conduct an internal investigation. Question is, is it the first time they have done it..

Take as long as they want then kick them out of play offs so boro have no time to prepare.

Didn't see the first half of Saints v Boro but watched the rest. Therefore I never saw Boro have a shot at goal and last seasons Premier League whipping boys, relegated on a pathetic dozen points huff and puff to create a chance of their own. Mainly from humping the ball high into the box and diving to win free kicks. With five minutes to go in the second half of extra time a hopeful cross somehow ended up in the Boro net, otherwise they'd have never scored.
So its Hull City v Southampton, who we have done the double over this season, at Wembley for a place in the Premier League on May 23rd.
No doubt everyone will have already written little Hull off.
At their peril
UTT.

Boro had a shot with the last action of the game.

Southampton have only won one game at the new Wembley since 2011 (Play-Off Final against Leeds). They have lost their 6 other games at the stadium in that time.

We are yet to lose inside 90 minutes at the stadium (played 4) and have never lost a Championship Play-Off Final).

We beat them home and away this season.

Dare to Dream.

I don’t like the fact we’ve beaten them twice, my mind works the other way that unlikely to win a 3rd <laugh>

Both teams looked absolutely knackered. Whilst they have 9 days now, they look physically spent.
