I hate going on-line to purchase anything including tickets...I'm too old school. I'd rather wait in a queue and know I've got a ticket in my hand, rather than worry that it won't turn up in the post. Therefore, I'd be prepared to Q.
Yeah I agree but it might be print at home at best

Stopped in St Albans the last three times we have been to Wembley. Lovely little town, just off the M1 with a direct rail line straight to Wembley.
Personally on crutches at the moment so hoping for a miraculous recovery, but I will be there, by hook or by crook.
I've flew down and back up the same night all bar one game(Sheff Weds from memory) when I stayed at Heathrow and got a flight back up in the morning with my lad.

Looked at flights the other day and they've roughly trebled in price(£250-£300 return) but that was with the intention of going back the same day and I hadn't really factored in a Hotel....I'll play it by ear but the longer it drags on the more it'll cost me and I might pass.

I'm also crippled with sciatica at the moment which tells us all we ain't spring chickens anymore:emoticon-0102-bigsm

A few of us speculated on that in our Podcast chat haha but I really can't get over, the missus has a lot of work to sort and leaving her with a 2 year old even just for the weekend would be too tough on her.

Well then bring the 2 year old. I was about that age when I went to my first game.

Flights to and from Scotland hardly exist like they used to and cost a ****ing fortune now.

I'm in disbelief that this is actually happening. just over a year since i was at portsmouth, what a turnaround for the club. I'll be getting the train down friday night and coming back sunday and have a place to stay. Anyway know whether city fans may take over trafalgar square/camden market etc on friday night or saturday morning as ive seen other clubs do in recent years

Right, I need advice everyone please. As at least some of you know I live overseas the other side of the Atlantic. Not a current club member, and nobody to line up for me. Suggestions on how to get a ticket - if one of you is going to have a spare one, brilliant, (two even better as my daughter who is at Uni in London wants to go aswell) but otherwise need some suggestions. Looking at flying in on Friday so as to not be rushed on Saturday. Had a season-ticket holding friend who got me my 2008 ticket but I've lost contact with him and the fella that got me my 2014 ticket ended up in jail!!!! Anyway, thoughts gratefully received?! I can get flights and hotel ok - already looked those up. Cheers!
Can't help you with that one sorry(I'm not a member either).

But,there will be corporate tickets and I had to do that myself in 2008.Cost then was £250 or thereabouts but it's £500+ now !!!

The last two play off finals I haven't had a season ticket (due to distance from Hull) but have got a ticket online. This year we're bound to have the option of having them on our phones as well as print at home. There's also the option of paying for a hospitality package if you can afford it, I'd guess they'd be £250-300 but it will be my back up option. Us old geezers can't be sure how many more chances there are to see us at Wembley.

British Airways is pretty reliable(Glasgow to Heathrow T5).I can get down in the morning no problem but I'd like to be back the same night and if it's a 3pm I can get back, any later I'd need to stay over and that's another £100+ for a Hotel up at Heathrow.

Bit of a dilemma but if I get something in my head it invariably happens.
