Right, it's a bit of a rsk me making this due to recent events about our captain but I'm going to do it anyway and if a mod wants to close it because people are taking it a bit too far then feel free.

I know THFC made a quality thread on the history but I was looking forward to a cross board thread for a bit of banter with the Spurs board before a massive game tomorrow.

Team News:

Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp has said Gareth Bale is "very doubtful" due to an ankle injury.

Jermain Defoe may also miss out with a hamstring problem, Emmanuel Adebayor has a minor foot injury. Aaron Lennon is absent due to a hamstring tear.

Chelsea captain John Terry has overcome the Achilles problem he suffered in training earlier this week.

Ramires has recovered from a leg injury but fellow Brazilian David Luiz is still sidelined with a knee problem.

Some key players look to be missing for Tottenham with the likes of Adebayor, Bale and Lennon classed as doubtful or confirmed to be out, I think Luiz is the big one for us because Ivanovic will probably play in the middle with Bosingwa on the right which always worries me. Great to see we have Ramires back in contention following injury.

If a Spurs fan could give me a predicted line up I'll put it on here.

Form:

Tottenham - WLWWW
Chelsea - DWWWL

As if the rivalry wasn't enough, we fight for 3rd spot (for the time being) before Spurs' game in hand.

KTBFFH

(keep it clean please fellas, no personal insults etc etc)

Good thread Drogs <ok>

we're not biting our nails we're confident we'll win.Hope it's a good game and the best team on the night win.

I am feeling a lot more confident in Chelsea to get something now that some of your best players are doubts! It will be a good game, always is mate and agreed may the best team win (Chelsea).

Bale is no great shakes this year and Defoe is a part-time joke. Do you remember last year when they got a lucky draw and Paulo Ferriera had Bale in his pocket. :)

I think Bale has been decent at times this season, before this season I said exactly the same as you and with Bosingwa at right back it'd be a massive struggle for us <laugh>. Adebayor is key for them IMO and he could be out :D :D

Can't wait, bit of a relief they've got a few big guns out but still not taking anything for granted just hope we win, don't care how ! Also i think Torres will start up front not Drog mate. Come on chels!!!!!!
