Bad memories of Cleethorpes.

2001 I did a Scott Young testimonial at Ninian Park v Charlton.

This was on a Friday so had to stay in Ivor Land and got the train back to civilisation. I went straight upto Cleethorpes from KX as Notts were playing Yorkshire(from memory) in a Sunday League game.

Anyway, as my mate was coming up on the Sunday I did a little pub crawl in Cleethorpes, it was alright. On the Sunday morning I went for a walk to clear my hangover and found a poster that said the famous Midge Ure was playing the previous night in town <wah>. I was gutted as he is big hero of mine.
