Look at the post above ‘he should have gone in harder’ and you’ll see my point.
A complex problem with fault on every side is my view. Definitely not helped by blowing up kids. Im not naive enough to think there aren't ridiculous people in this country wanting harm to every day people who happen to be jewish, or religious people praying for peace just because they're in a synagogue. Im also not naive enough to think there aren't some like our (cockney/QPR or whatever he is) friend here in the uk cheering on more slaughter. Im not taking sides, its complex, some politicians are including those you mentioned are. Everyone of any race has a right to safety and respect. Everyone also has a right to (peacefully) have their say. These demo’s are not where the risk lies. Its underground, hidden organising that presents danger.
When I say they should have gone in harder I mean they could have had it wrapped up quicker had they actually been 1/10 as brutal as people have oddly convinced themselves they were rather than condemn civilians on both sides and their own army to a reasonably long war. The softly softly approach and making all sorts of concessions has been tried and Palestinians just take as a result. It doesn’t work.

The 'softly softly' approach.

But,are you in favour of this.......I thought you were happy to allow these people to come here to claim a better life?

Generally i’m easy about migration. I lnow some fantastic people as a result of it and they are helping out vulnerable people, bringing kindness and cultural difference I’m not a fan of exploitation though, nor ICE style gangs chasing brown and black people around our streets. We also need to manage risk. So i’m up for migration but let’s manage it’s risks and criminality through cooperation not fascism. There aren’t any boats landing in Consett, so chill.

You could find similar from any conflict. Any Israeli response other than turning the other cheek and getting on with it, again tried before following attacks not worthy of reporting in our media, would have been unacceptable to some people.

So what does work ? Revenge ? How would you resolve it all ?

Hamas invited the Israelis in by their stupid behaviour. They knew what would happen.....they have to take the consquenses. The difficulty is that the Palestinian people have to be the victims, because they haven't been able to form themselves into a self-governing democracy, with a future for their people,in over 70 years. Iran, and its' Fundamentalist ideaolgy has dominated them for all that time, with funding and weapons. They're a weak people with no leadership, and until they accept Israel's existence and come to terms with their situation and how to build a lfe for for their themselves in the land of Palestine, along with the Jews, the conflict will go on. It's in their hands.

So,you think to that to manage risk and criminality from migration is done with cooperation.....who's cooperating with whom?
By the way,I'm well aware that there aren't many small boats from the French coast berthing in the Derwent at Shotley Bridge! :emoticon-0102-bigsm

Lots of truth, but Netanyahu’s fine? Maybe a Shotley Bridge coastline might help you be a bit more human and realise we’re not under attack

Philp is the epitome of everything that is wrong with the Tory Party currently. 30 years ago I didn't agree with much Tory policy but I respected most of their top table and would listen to their arguments. The current crop are just a bunch of winnets.
