A year ago, on the final day, we started in the bottom three, took the lead against Pompey then conceded it, whilst Luton fell to 5-1 behind West Brom (they later pulled a couple of goals back).
The last half hour of our game was the most horrible football experience in recent City memory.
Essentially we were safe (because of the Luton score) so long as we didn't concede. We could have pressed on to score but we didn't. Neither did Portsmouth look that interested.
It was excruciating.
The only emotion at full time was relief.
Nothing else, just cold, exhausting relief.
Regardless what happens today we've come a long way in a year and this season's been a good one.
